Motorists headed for Louisville could experience delays Wednesday because of lane closure on Interstate 65.
The Transportation Cabinet’s district office said pavement repairs on I-65 northbound are expected to result in slow or stopped traffic near the Hardin and Bullitt Counties between mile markers 103 and 104. The interstate will be reduced to a single northbound lane beginning at 8 a.m. Wednesday, the statement said.
Closure configurations will change from the inside and center lane to the outside and center lane during the day. The work at the approach to the Rolling Fork River bridge is scheduled to be complete the same day, according to state officials.
