Pink for lunch
The UPS facility on Black Branch Road in Elizabethtown held a luncheon Friday and encouraged employees to wear pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Employees and family members spread outside the facility, sitting at picnic tables, on the curb, and even on truck tailgates.
The luncheon was held at the end of peak time for UPS' account with Stride K12, which provides online schooling for students, said Valerie Cohen, who works with Manpower onsite at UPS.
