Fort Knox officials are soliciting feedback from soldiers, civilian employees, retirees and family members through its biennial community strengths and themes assessment survey.

The online survey opens today and is available through Dec. 30.

The U.S. Army Public Health Center developed the survey to assess the installation community’s perceptions of health, health-related concerns, quality of life, safety and satisfaction with and access to post programs and services.

The Fort Knox Commander’s Ready and Resilient Council uses the results to help identify the most pressing concerns, which will lead to better targeting of resources, a post statement.

A link to the survey, on the usaphcapps.amedd.army.mil site is posted on the official Fort Knox Facebook page. For information, call 502-624-5679 or 624-7031.
