Rare lights in the sky

Larry and Mark Thomas, farmers on Bacon Creek Road in Elizabethtown, photographed a rare weather phenomena in the area Tuesday night. According to weatherman Marc Weinberg, the beams of light are called light pillars and are rare to see in this area. The light pillars only happen when there is very cold air. Submitted
