Billy Ray Cyrus, known for his 1992 No. 1 mega hit "Achy Breaky Heart," will appear Sept. 11 in Radcliff at Bourbon and Blades in the parking lot between Red Hill Cutlery and Boundary Oak Distillery.

His performance will cap a big day in the city, which also will feature a parade and cultural festival.

"I think this is huge for the northern end of the county," said Jason Basham of Red Hill Cutlery.

The concert will be free, Radcliff Mayor J.J. Duvall said, although there will be tickets sold for VIP and preferred seating. Prices for those seats haven't been announced.

Radcliff-Fort Knox Tourism, the city of Radcliff, Red Hill Cutlery, Boundary Oak Distillery and W.R. Case & Sons, as well as corporate sponsors, are bringing the show to the city.
