An Upton couple, Debbie and Terry Oldham, have been identified as the victims in Thursday afternoon's fatal crash at the intersection of Bacon Creek Road and Ring Road in Elizabethtown.

Debbie Oldham, 67, and Terry Oldham, 71, were pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin County Coroner's Office, according to Elizabethtown police.

The Oldham's SUV was struck by a northbound tractor-trailer driven by Timothy Davidson, 36, of Nevada, Ohio. He was uninjured in the crash.

The Oldhams were driving east when the crash happened, according to Elizabethtown police.

"The investigation is still underway, but I don't anticipate any charges being filed,'' said EPD spokesman Chris Denham.
