The Bruins returned home with a 10-0 district shutout over the Eagles Thursday night.

Micah Brown and Corbin Durrance both had two goals. Noah Goodman, Hank Larkin, Matthew Covey, Alex Arguetta, Nick Lennon and Nolan Thomas all had one each.

Larkin recorded three assists. Andrew Hess had two. Lennon, Westin Bowman, Chad Wilson, Jack Schall and Benjamin Hobbs each added one assist.

In the goal, Nick Steele finished the game with three saves.

No Fort Knox statistics were made available.

Central Hardin (6-7-1) hosts Owensboro at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Fort Knox (1-9) travels to Fort Campbell for a 2 p.m. game on Saturday.

LaRUE COUNTY 1, GRAYSON COUNTY 0. A single goal from Dalton Cooper ultimately sealed the win for the Hawks over the Cougars in Leitchfield Thursday.

Sean Rivera was credited with the assist. Keeper Charlie Hite had four saves.

LaRue County (5-6-1) kicks off its Trojan Classic schedule tonight, starting with a 5:30 game against Barren County.

MEADE COUNTY 1, NELSON COUNTY 0. The Green Wave ended a three-game skid with a home win over the Cardinals Thursday, coming out on top via a penalty kick goal from Brycen Schmidt.

Meade County (6-5) hosts Butler County at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

BULLITT EAST 3, JOHN HARDIN 1. The Bulldogs were held to one goal from Hunter Risner in a home loss to the Chargers Thursday. Jake Owens was credited with the assist. In the net, Jacob Weiss finished the evening with eight saves.

John Hardin (3-8) remains at home to host Bryan Station at noon Saturday.


TAYLOR COUNTY 3, LaRUE COUNTY 2. The Lady Hawks came out on the losing end of a double overtime battle in Hodgenville Thursday.

Paule Leal and Parker Puckett each had a goal for LaRue County. Leticia Salazar recorded one assist. Keeper Amelia Kudrna had 10 saves.

LaRue County (4-5) welcomes Bullitt Central for a 2 p.m. game on Saturday.
